Soil is not merely a surface, but a living entity. Through terracing, natural nourishment, and balanced use, its strength is preserved and enhanced.
WATER DISCIPLINE
Water is a valuable resource. Through rainwater harvesting systems and controlled irrigation methods, we use only as much as the land needs, without waste.
LIMITED PRODUCTION
The aim is not maximum output, but the right kind of production. The trees are not pushed beyond their limits, and capacity is never exceeded. To preserve quality, production is consciously kept limited.
