The olives grown on our own farm are cultivated according to permaculture principles. To support the soil, we use organic fertilization, leonardite, compost, green manure, and vermicompost.

HONEY
ZEZE honey is obtained from our hives, which are positioned as part of the farm’s ecosystem.
The bees feed in harmony with the seasonal flow of flowering. The honey matures as nature allows and is harvested in its own time.
