ZEZE ÇİFTLİK BİR VARIŞ NOKTASI DEĞİL.
DEVAM EDEN BİR YOLCULUK.

OUR STORY

Zeze was envisioned by Hülya and Ufuk Coşkun, a couple with many years of experience in the business world, as a farm shaped by sustainability, respect for nature, and long-term thinking.

Today, Zeze Çiftlik operates on 35.6 decares of land, within a holistic ecosystem shaped by hundreds of olive trees, thousands of aromatic plants, and organic, regenerative principles.

ZEZE ÇİFTLİK
THE ZEZE APPROACH

ZEZE is a way of life and production shaped on a single piece of land in Ayvalık.

Shaped over time, rooted in family effort, and guided by the land’s rhythm.

Here, production moves forward not in haste, but with care, balance, and responsibility. The soil is nourished, water is preserved, and each tree grows at its own pace. ZEZE’s character lies in balance, in quality, and in giving back.

OLIVE HARVEST

When harvest time arrives at Zeze, the work is not only about gathering, it is about being together and producing together. We work side by side with local producers who have known this land for years, sharing knowledge and growing the value of labor together.

Each harvest is a time when experience is passed on and craftsmanship moves into younger hands. Here, production is not the work of one person, but of an ecosystem.
