ZEZE Çiftlik bears the name of Zeze, our beloved companion who was part of our lives for many years. It reminds us of unconditional love and the value of the memories we gather with those we love.

ZEZE is not only the name of a farm, but the memory of our Golden Retriever who shared 17 years of life with us.
Named after the character in My Sweet Orange Tree, Zeze’s closest friend was a tree. To keep that story alive, we planted a tree in this land in its memory.

LAND & TRANSFORMATION
ZEZE Çiftlik began with the dream of restoring a hillside worn down by erosion and unable to hold its soil. Shaped over time by wind and rain, this land was gradually transformed, terraced, strengthened with dry stone walls, and supported through rainwater harvesting.
Today, that same hillside is a living ecosystem that has found its own balance.

Nature cannot be controlled. You cannot manage the sun, the rain, the wind, or time. But you can live in harmony with them. At ZEZE Çiftlik, farming is not a struggle, but a balance.
PRODUCTION
ZEZE Çiftlik’s main products are olives and olive oil. No chemical inputs are used in production; the process is carried out through a closed system in a controlled and traceable manner.
In the groves, trench systems are used in line with permaculture principles to increase the soil’s water retention capacity. These areas are nourished with pruned branches and organic materials, allowing rainwater to be naturally retained in the soil. The trees benefit from this natural cycle throughout the year; limited irrigation is used only during periods of stress.
The result is a simple, clean production process that respects the rhythm of nature.
