At ZEZE Çiftlik, the day begins not by the clock, but by the sun. Checks carried out in the cool of the morning, the moisture of the soil, the posture of the leaves, and the direction of the wind determine how the day will unfold.

Irrigation, care, and observation are done not in haste, but with attention. Every intervention is measured; sometimes, instead of acting, it is necessary to wait.

Here, it is not people who set the rhythm, but nature.

ECOSYSTEM

At ZEZE Çiftlik, animals are a natural part of the ecosystem. They exist in harmony with the land, the soil, and its rhythm. They are not symbols of production, but of the continuity of life.

ART WORKSHOP

ZEZE Art Workshop is one of the farm’s creative spaces, bringing together its culture of production with art and craftsmanship.

Ceramic and wood works made from natural materials blend into the farm’s daily life, architecture, and landscape, creating a living open-air exhibition.

GREENHOUSE

It is designed to be suitable both for hobby plant cultivation and for the production of seasonal vegetable seedlings. It allows a wide variety of species to be grown, from tropical plants to early-season vegetables.

BEE PASTURE

At ZEZE Farm, bee pastures are natural habitats created not only for honey production, but also to support the continuity of the ecosystem. Thanks to plants that bloom at different times throughout the year, they provide bees with uninterrupted sources of nectar and pollen.

ORCHARD

At ZEZE Farm, the orchards are designed beyond a single-crop production approach, as a living ecosystem based on diversity of species and varieties. Different fruit species, aromatic plants, and layers that support natural life are planned together to create a landscape that is both productive and biologically rich.

VEGETABLE GARDEN

At ZEZE Farm, vegetable garden areas are not merely places where vegetables are grown; they are approached as multi-layered living spaces that support seasonal production, kitchen needs, and biodiversity together. In these areas, which mostly include annual vegetables, perennial herbaceous species, medicinal and aromatic plants, berry fruits, and small fruit trees are also grown together.
