RETURN POLICY

For products purchased through zezefarm.com, a return request may be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. For the return to be accepted, the product must be unused, untested, unopened, and in resalable condition. For personal products requiring hygiene, such as pillows, products whose protective packaging has been opened or that have been used cannot be returned.

After the return request, the product must be securely packaged by the consumer and sent to the address provided by the seller. The return shipping cost may be borne by the consumer. Once the product reaches the seller and the conformity check is completed, the payment amount is refunded using the same method within 14 days at the latest.

In case of damage upon delivery, incorrect shipment, or missing products, the buyer must report the situation to the delivery officer with a written record at the time of delivery or notify the seller within 24 hours. In this case, the exchange or return is the responsibility of the seller, and the shipping cost is not charged to the consumer.
