This Distance Sales Agreement has been concluded electronically between the seller whose details are provided below and the buyer making a purchase through the website.

The buyer is the person declared in the agreement with the name, surname, address, phone number, and other contact information entered into the system during the order process.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the buyer through the zezefarm.com website. The agreement has been drawn up in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the relevant Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. Product and Payment Information

The type, quantity, sale price, payment method, shipping cost, and total amount of the product or products are clearly displayed to the buyer during the order process and on the payment screen. Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the sale prices.

The payment transaction is carried out through a secure payment infrastructure using the payment method selected by the buyer.

4. Delivery

The products are sent to the delivery address specified by the buyer during the order process. The delivery period may vary depending on the working conditions of the shipping company following order confirmation. The buyer is obliged to inspect the product at the time of delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. However, for personal products requiring hygiene, such as pillows, products whose packaging has been opened or that have been used fall outside the scope of the right of withdrawal. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear notification must be made to the seller.

6. Entry into Force

This Distance Sales Agreement shall be deemed accepted by the buyer upon being read and approved electronically and shall enter into force upon completion of the order.
