ZEZE Çiftlik is the realization of a dream: stepping away from the city and reconnecting with nature. On the fertile lands of Ayvalık, we are redefining production in harmony with the rhythm of nature.
Our aim is not merely to grow products, but to create a lasting living space that heals the soil and revitalizes the ecosystem. With patience, dedication, and a sustainable approach to production, we are leaving a mark on the future.
Today, ZEZE offers a story of transformation that respects nature, with production ranging from aromatic plants to olives.
Zeze was envisioned by Hülya and Ufuk Coşkun, a couple with many years of experience in the business world, as a sustainable, nature-conscious, and long-term farm. The goal was not to pursue short-term results, but to establish a production model that matures over time and can sustain itself through its own balance.
Today, Zeze Çiftlik operates on 35.6 decares of land, within a holistic ecosystem shaped by hundreds of olive trees, thousands of aromatic plants, and organic, regenerative principles. The olives mature under the Ayvalık sea breeze, without chemical intervention, and are processed in limited quantities in a traceable and high-quality manner.
For the founders, one shared principle has always remained essential: to return the value created back to the soil and to the place it belongs. Zeze exists not only to produce, but also to contribute to local knowledge, create employment, and strengthen regional resilience.
